Robinson Metal acquires Product Handling Concepts

Robinson Metal, Inc., a De Pere, Wisconsin custom metal fabricator, has acquired Product Handling Concepts (PHC), a custom engineering company specializing in designing, building, and integrating automated solutions for manufacturers in tissue, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.

Robinson Metal, Inc. is a multi-division custom metal works operation ISO and ASME certified. The acquisition of PHC will provide customers with a “one stop shop” delivering a cost effective, vertically integrated manufacturing platform.
