Pack Air provides 365 days of service and support. Please leave a voicemail during non-business hours and a trained technician or service manager will assist you. We provide CAD drawings and a parts list for every piece of equipment sold to help you quickly identify recommended spare parts to order. Our service team will help assist you with finding the correct parts and identify any issues in the line audit.
We provide on-site training for operation and maintenance.

Reliability - To prove one’s reliability, you must be dependable and accurate, but most importantly you must perform consistently well over time. If your new equipment runs great for the first year or so but doesn’t hold up several years down the road, you are probably going to be unsatisfied with its reliability. As part of the proof of Pack Air's reliability, we regularly receive spare part requests for 30-year-old conveyors.

In the world of custom equipment, despite the best of intentions, things don’t always go exactly as planned, but how we react in those situations shows who we are.
