MG America

MG America, a subsidiary of MG2, Bologna Italy, is a leading supplier of an innovative family of precision-crafted processing and packaging machinery that includes capsule fillers, primary and secondary packaging equipment, material handling and aseptic machinery, and line integration solutions. From sales, field service and spare parts to machine trials and local service/support representation, MG America offers a true "Partnership for Success."

MG America has introduced the Kartos I/100 Cartoner, a servo motor-driven, intermittent motion machine offering a wide format range and max. output of 100 cartons per minute. Features include an ergonomic balcony design, a compact footprint and fast, easy changeover performed without tools. Positive carton forming and belt transmission are additional benefits. The machine is comprised of premium Allen-Bradley components, and offers a PLC & HMI.

MG America’s new ACE-BT300 Coding & Verification Unit is an integrated system for bottle serialization. The machine, which can provide track & trace capabilities as granular as unit-level, can handle round, square and rectangular bottles from 22-120mm in diameter at a max speed of 300 per minute. Bottle coding can be performed either bottom-up or down. Positive bottle indexing and transportation is assured, as serve-driven side belts provide accurate speed management and position control throughout the process. Bottle rejection is performed via linear motor-driven shaft.

MG America has introduced the MG2 SELEKTA, a high-speed checkweigher and sorting machine for the production of tablets. SELEKTA delivers exemplary accuracy at high speeds, and offers wide flexibility in terms of the product shapes and sizes it can handle. Depending on the product, SELEKTA can check up to 500,000 units per hour faster than anything else currently on the market. This innovative technology is designed for seamless integration with existing tableting equipment, which allows for continuous process manufacturing.

We provide machine start-up, training for operators and maintenance crew, support for IQ/OQ validation procedures.
