Training: 
A Graphic Packaging service technician is available to assist in installation, start-up assistance, and operator training at our published rates. Hands-on training is provided to operators and maintenance personnel during all service related trips. This includes machine startup, operation and maintenance, changeovers, etc. Customized training programs are available upon request.
Documentation: 
One comprehensive manual is custom created for each machine utilizing PMMI documentation guidelines. The manual will include a technical manual, 3D assembly drawings, bill of materials and parts search function to aid in replacement parts identification. In addition, electrical schematics will be included with the machine and a back-up copy of the PLC program is available upon request. Paper manuals will be quoted upon request. An Online parts catalog is available after receipt of machine for easy access to parts identification, pricing, availability and ordering.
Other services: 
Remote connectivity options are available to enable access to machines programs by our electrical engineers, thereby reducing down time and service related expenses. Graphic Packaging can be a single source supplier for both paperboard packaging materials and machinery.
