EXAIR’s Super Air Knife™ offers a better choice for blowoff, drying and cooling applications since it typically gets the job done on the first pass. It delivers a uniform, high volume, high velocity sheet of airflow. The energy use is 1/3 that of typical blowoffs and it’s extremely quiet at 69 dBA. It eliminates the common downtime problem since there is no blower that has to be sent back to the manufacturer every year or so for bearing replacement.
EXAIR has expanded its line of E-Vac® Vacuum Generators for lifting, clamping, mounting or pick and place applications. These low cost vacuum pumps are offered in three styles that include the In-Line, Modular and Adjustable E-Vac. There is an assortment of In-Line and Modular E-Vac models that provide a wide range of vacuum levels and flows. These have a compact profile for mounting in tight spaces. The Adjustable E-Vac Vacuum Generators make it easy to change the vacuum and flow which is ideal for applications where the load varies.
