Packaging machinery OEMs, it’s time to think apprenticeships

Though usually we address various aspects of packaging machinery building, programming, networking, and optimizing in this space, there’s another key issue facing anyone who has an interest in automation, and typically it’s referred to as “the skills gap.” Solutions to this looming crisis are beginning to take shape, and no one knows more about them than On The Edge blogger Keith Campbell.
