New lab services from AnC Precision resolve “faulty squeeze tube sealing” issues.

AnC Precision TTS-1000
AnC Precision TTS-1000

AnC Sealing analysis services from AnC’s Squeeze Tube Sealing Certification Laboratory test, measure, record, and verify all sealing parameters including burst pressures microscopic leaks which assure approved sealing specs in duplicate tube stock orders. The technical heart of our Tube Sealing Certification Lab services is AnC’s exclusive TTS-1000 Lab Tube Sealing Testing instrument, which can analyze any squeeze tube material, empty or filled.

The TTS-1000 all but eliminates the possibility of the tube being defective, starting from the initial R&D through production, filling, and sealing. Not only does the patented system allow technicians to simulate the sealing production process and experiment with parameters and conditions to maximize efficiency of throughput, it also allows for comprehensive testing and data collection from beginning to end. The TTS-1000 records and validates all the sections, header seam, side seal, and end seal.

AnC Precision designs and manufactures tube sealing and testing machinery for the science, cosmetics, aerospace, pharma, and food industries. The company has designed equipment to lower the initial investment required, enabling home-based businesses to manufacture packaged products themselves.
