Visual Packaging Market Leader
In visual packaging, leadership stands out. HLP Klearfold has been manufacturing clear packaging exclusively 50 years, and we are the world's largest and most accomplished producer of plastic folding cartons. We are also a leading provider of rolled-edge tubes, and innovations like the Klearfold® Keeper and InSight® packaging systems, and Duofold® combination packaging.
Global Approach to a Niche Market
No other visual packaging producer has our experience or scale. Our global approach to our niche market, that is, serving five continents from our very large facility in Southern China, allows us to invest in our business in ways that a company serving just North America cannot. Our production equipment is state-of-the-art and we continue to reinvest in the latest printing and converting technologies to expand capabilities, improve quality, reduce variability, and reduce costs.
Klearfold® Plastic Folding Cartons
Iconic Klearfold plastic folding cartons are the standard by which all others are judged. HLP Klearfold has earned a well-deserved reputation for extremely advanced UV print reproduction, providing exceptional quality offset, silkscreen, and flexo printing for the highest fidelity printed graphics available on plastic folding cartons. And our proprietary Soft Cease® radio frequency scoring produces cartons with very uniform creases with less folding resistance. Klearfold cartons fold precisely, have clean lines, and maintain their crisp shape. The precision and uniformity of Soft Crease scoring ensures optimum performance on automated filling equipment or in hand-filling applications.
HLP Klearfold offers two, more sustainable alternatives to traditional plastic folding cartons. Klearfold PlantBox® cartons are made from box-grade bio-PET, up to 30% of which is derived from renewable, plant-based sources. And HLP Klearfold also offers Klearfold cartons made from RPET (recycled content PET), made with 30% postconsumer recycled content.
