Our Horizontal Form Fill & Seal Roll-stock are available with speeds upto 100 Pouches / Minute filling speeds and covers pouch sizes from 80 – 300 mm.

Our Premade Pouch filling systems can handle pouch sizes from 125-300 mm width and fill pouches at upto 55 Pouches/min. This range takes care of nearly 99% of the Single serve pouches to club size pouches. It is designed to handle 3SS Pouches, stand-up Pouches with or without zippers as well as Flat Bottom Pouches with terminated gussets and zippers with same ease.

Mamata offers Quick, tool-less format changeovers (under 20-minutes on our Pre-made Pouch Filling systems and under 40-minutes on our Roll-stock HFFS) and Smart-wait feature that ensures no product waste from miss-fills, gives you the best OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

It’s ability to run recyclable Monofilms without the need for special coatings (material cost savings) sets us apart from others. Our ability to handle 3 separate fillers at same time on one machine allows customers have BVO (Best Value Options) on single machine. Our premade Pouch Fillers can fill a wide variety of pouches from conventional 3-SS pouches, SUP with press to close or slider zippers, etc
