Brenton maintains a comprehensive inventory of stocked parts with knowledgeable staff to provide technical assistance over the phone. We are aware time is of the essence in a down situation, so expedited service is available on non-stocked parts.
Whether purchasing a new machine or maintaining an existing machine, new machine operators benefit from training. They learn to confidently operate the machine while increasing performance. Customer investment in well-trained employees lead to increased safety, productivity and reduced machine downtime. Brenton makes the following training available: Informal Training: Brenton’s installation technician provides informal training to available personnel who operate or maintain the machine. Formal Training: Formal training is a customized training package developed for and purchased by the customer to provide more extensive machine and operational detail for operator, mechanical, maintenance and/or electrical personnel. Customized training materials are developed to guide the trainees through the courses and measure individual learning.
Brenton successfully designs, builds, and tests complete end of line systems in their facility. This allow us to develop the most efficient and effective packaging system possible for our customers before it is installed on their factory floor, speeding their path to productivity and lowering their integration risks and costs. We are also a FANUC Robotics Certified Servicing Integrator (CSI) and Strategic Market Specialist with Master Certified Fanuc Technicians and Certified Service Engineers.
