The U.S. Dept. of Agriculture is seeking public comment on a proposed rule making regarding the definition and labeling of “United States cattle” and “United States fresh beef products.” Comments are also being solicited on whether such beef products should bear labeling claims different from currently permitted claims.

Johnson & Johnson, Skillman, NJ, in May introduced Johnson’s Kids Foam Blaster hand soap, topped with an instant foam dispenser developed by Airspray International (Pompano Beach, FL). The Table Top foam-producing dispenser is said to provide a soap product that lathers without water.
