Placon opens $14 million recycling facility for post-consumer bottles and thermoforms
Placon Corporation, a thermoformer and plastic sheet extruder, has announced the opening of its EcoStar® closed-loop recycling facility to become one of the first thermoforming companies in the food and consumer packaging industry to implement its own in-house recycling to process post-consumer bottles as well as thermoforms.
