The ULMA Artic Side Seal flow wrap packaging machine is designed to pack fresh food products such as sliced meat or cheese with modified atmosphere (MAP) for extended shelf life.

Side seal reclosable flow wrapper

The package features a longitudinal side seal with a peelable strip over self-adhesive tape, making the package reclosable. A long dwell sealing head characterized by an “oval” motion profile in the jaw assures hermetically sealed packs at high production speeds. The package allows for printing on the top and bottom, as well as full product visibility. The Artic Side Seal is capable of speeds of up to 120 packs/min.
