Almaden’s wines packed in glass bottles are displaying a facelift with new p-s labels from Collotype Labels. Concord, CA-based Almaden is beginning to ship bottles with the new teardrop label shape, according to Diana Pawlik, Almaden brand manager.

Long slugs of nested PVC capsules are fed automatically to the capsule applicator. Wine bottles then move into the rotary station, whose tools shrink the capsules tightly around the bottle necks.
