Deon Strauss, born in South Africa, completed a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. In 2001, he joined Robatech’s headquarters in Muri AG/Switzerland from the company’s subsidiary in South Africa. Here, he worked until 2008 in the development/construction area and later as project manager. After leaving the company, he gained further experiences as project and sales manager in the industry. At the beginning of June 2016, Deon Strauss returned to Robatech as new Sales Manager Switzerland. The expert has close to 20 years of industry experience with a strong technical background and comprehensive international management experience.
“We now must follow our path consistently, successfully, and with focus on the customer to achieve our corporate objectives. I learned the industry from the ground up. First as employee in the workshop, then as service technician, and later in sales – always with focus on the customer. Understanding, consulting, and supporting are the three key factors when defining tailored solutions,” says Deon Strauss.
