Hitachi America, Ltd. (HAL) today announced that, as of January 15th, 2016, it is acquiring Label House (Legal Name: L.A. Supply Corporation) to form a new subsidiary. The subsidiary will operate as Label House (LH). To establish the subsidiary, HAL and Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems Co., Ltd. (HIES) have agreed to purchase the stock of LH, a leading provider of marking, and labeling products and services in for the West Coast region.
This acquisition of LH will be the second one for HAL Marking and Coding group following the establishment of Hitachi Industrial Equipment Marking Solutions Inc. (HIMS), which was formed through the acquisition of IMS-Partners, Inc.
