DMI Appoints new President*

New Executive Role to Drive Strategic Growth and Improve Customer Satisfaction.

DMI has appointed Douglas A. Sylva to the role of President. He will have the responsibility for day-to-day operations including strategic planning, supply chain management, quality assurance, marketing, sales, new product development and emerging markets. Sylva will report to Chief Executive Officer, Eugene Sylva.

As President, Doug brings a wealth of understanding and knowledge to his new position. He has extensive international management experience, and most recently was Vice President of Business Development and Quality Services. In his former role, his responsibilities included spearheading the design and implementation of DMI's comprehensive new operating system. He also led the management committee's council on growth and strategic alignment. Doug has a Bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College, as well as a Master's and Ph.D from Columbia University.

Additionally, he understands the goals and needs of our major clients and strategic partners, which confidently lays the groundwork for continued success and targeted expansion.”
