Company Overview

Smart packaging solutions, powered by German engineering: Schubert offers solutions that are flexible, efficient, and future-ready. Serving industries from food and bakery to cosmetics and pharmaceuticals—with local support across North America.

Schubert has aligned its portfolio to meet evolving customer needs and market demands. At the core of our technology platform are TLM, lightline, and tog.—three complementary machine concepts built on the same intelligent Schubert engineering and designed to scale across a wide range of applications. Top Loading Machine (TLM) – High Performance in a Compact Footprint: The latest generation of TLM delivers higher performance density through a stiffer machine frame and newly developed pick-and-place tools. This allows more units and conveyor technology to be integrated into the same space while improving accessibility for operation and maintenance. TLM also plays a key role in pharmaceutical packaging. Schubert Pharma solutions include hygienic cartoners that pack vials into cartons with partitions and inserts. A table-style design prevents products from being lost inside the machine, ensuring a reliable, uninterrupted process. lightline – Standardized for Simplicity: The lightline machines are designed for clearly defined, lower-complexity packaging tasks. They offer a fast entry into automation with short delivery times, efficient operation, and reliable performance—without the need for extensive customization.tog. – Built for Versatility: The tog. series supports transformable production environments. With reduced mechanical complexity and a strong focus on adaptability, tog. solutions are ideal for frequent format changes, evolving packaging concepts, and sustainable materials. The tog.101 carton and tray erector can erect up to 60 trays per minute at the push of a button. Together, TLM, lightline, and tog. show how one technology platform can scale from standardized tasks to complex, high-performance packaging operations.
