Lego, collaborating with Pretium Packaging (www.pretiumpkg.com), created a container that exceeds several PET processing limits on the injection stretch blow-molded package for Lego’s Bionicles brand. The resulting benefits include a product with shelf appeal; components with child-safe, non-fracturing PET material; surface texturing and detailed engraving; an unconventional package neck finish; and packaging cost efficiencies.
