Conveyors for demanding environments

Capable of sustained conveying at designed capacities, NBE flexible screw conveyors have a 12 gauge 304 stainless steel discharge head with continuous-weld seams ground to a No. 4 finish and hand-burnished to eliminate gaps, joints, bolts and material accumulation. The application-specific flight designs include 3/8-in. thick wide-face flat or beveled; 3/4-in. diameter round-bar; and 1/2-in. square-bar, all available in multiple O.D., I.D. and pitch combinations. The 1/4-in. thick casings come in 11 gauge stainless steel or carbon steel.
