Pw 69897 Polypack Sample1 09

Polypack’s JacketPack corrugated sleeve and shrink-wrapped jacket combination uses completely flat die-cut blanks consisting of only four panels. The first folds are executed as the product and blank is pushed into the bucket conveyor. The side tab is then folded in against the backside of the case and the pack is enclosed with sleeve/bullseye shrink-wrap to enclose the pack.

For a case, the flaps, overlapping each other, are located at the bottom and at the top, as the case is generally filled from the top. Corrugated sleeve and shrink packaging equipment reduces the amount of corrugated overlaps down to a just one, and—combined with shrink wrap—it provides a strong case that delivers superb palletizing and distribution integrity.

Benefits of the JacketPack system:

  • Saves up to 66% on corrugated material costs
  • Provides corner protection for cartoned products
  • Creates tightly packed and secure bundles
  • Enables multi-layer packaging capability
  • Presents retail-ready multipacks ready for distribution
  • Boosts stacking and palletizing support for aseptic bricks, prisms, cartons, and more!
