The machine features an improved unwind module with a compact footprint, and includes a new edge alignment system, as well as a design that allows for faster reel changeover. The zipper module, with zipper reel located on operator side of machine for easier access and visibility, uses mechanical actuation to guarantee zero leakers in the zipper. The pressure of the sealing can be adjusted via a pneumatic cylinder. A large double-fill auger filler for large volume doses can handle up to 550cc per fill per side (18 fl oz.). Features stainless steel design, an Allen Bradley controls package and KINETIX servo system.
