When is a shoe box not a shoe box?
By
When it's a shoe bag. PUMA's commitment to
sustainability eliminates the traditional shoe box. Designed by
industrial designer Yves Behar, and introduced last month at London's
Design Museum, Puma's "Clever Little Bag" replaces the cardboard shoebox
with a re-usable shoe bag—a 65% paper reduction that saves "water,
energy and diesel consumption on the manufacturing level by more than
60% per year."
