PakTech has developed a machine to automatically apply ‘Klip' handles in-line.The handles unitize containers that don't have standard necks or closures, such as spray bottles. Machine is set up to apply 4 TwinKlips at once (8 bottles/cycle), achieving a throughput of 120 bottles/min. Production machines will be based on this current design, with the ability to apply several different Klip sizes with the use of change parts, allowing the end user to easily switch between bottle sizes, styles, and multipack configurations with just one machine.
