EastPack draws multiple industry sectors

This Canon Communications show focused on the Northeast comes to New York’s Jacob J. Javits Convention Center June 10 to June 12.

With its emphasis on package design, manufacturing, machinery, and services, EastPack continues to meet the needs of countless packaging professionals of the Eastern U.S.

Some 35,000 production and manufacturing managers, packaging engineers, project/product managers, brand managers, operations managers, purchasing staff, and general corporate managers visit the show each year. There they can explore an exhibition hall filled with top suppliers, advanced technologies, and all kinds of new products and services.

As for industry sectors represented, East Pack continually attracts key players from food and beverage, cosmetics and personal care, medical device, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and a variety of other consumer and industrial products.
Seminars and conferences will tackle critical trends and concepts, including:
• Improving Packaging Design for the Retail Experience
• Injectable Packaging: new materials, handling aggressive formulations, new injector technologies
• Implementing a flexible and safe robotics strategy
• 3D printing: Innovations in materials and new applications

Attendees can also hear from industry insiders and watch live product teardowns at the new Tech Theater.
