An August 21 webinar, "How to Assess & Mitigate Your 2014 & 2015 Healthcare Reform Employer Penalty Risks," will address this issue in a hands-on manner: By having you come prepared to calculate your own costs.

The webinar, sponsored by the Contract Packaging Association (CPA) will be presented by Zack Pace, senior vice president & senior benefits consultant with financial and employee services firm CBIZ (NYSE: CBZ).

Pace will present "five steps employers should take to assess and mitigate their penalty risks." Pace will specifically focus on the risks associated with employing temporary labor.
