Sonoco ThermoSafe is conducting a comprehensive and forward looking survey developed by an advisory panel of industry experts from pharmaceutical manufacturing, logistics companies, media partners, independent consultants, and IQPC.

The survey findings will be shared publicly and industry-wide at the 12th Annual Cold Chain GDP & Temperature Management Logistics Global Forum Sept. 29-Oct. 3, 2014 in Boston.

The current logistics spend for temperature-sensitive healthcare products is reported at approximately $7.5 billion worldwide and growing, or about 12% of the overall pharmaceutical logistics market. Approximately $4.9 billion is spent on transportation while another $2.6 billion is allocated to specialized packaging and monitoring devices. But what will the needs, trends, and concerns in market look like in the next 2 to 3 years?

The survey consists of two sections and covers a range of topics from innovation and performance to demographics and environmental concerns. It should take approximately 10 minutes and will remain open on-line until June 30, 2014. Take part in the survey and share your vision of the future of the cold chain industry here.
