Unifoil introduces metallized and holographic effects for in-mold labels and decorating
Unifoil Corporation introduces at Pack Expo Las Vegas 2009 shimmering silver, gold, and holographic UltraLustre® for IML and IMD applications.

UltraLustre and UniLustre are nonlamination cold manufacturing processes that transfer metallize substrates. Recyclable UltraLustre plastics and synthetics and recyclable UniLustre papers and boards, which are film-free, foil-free and made without solvents, satisfy consumer-product-goods companies’ sustainability initiatives. UltraLustre and UniLustre materials contribute to source reduction, use less energy and fewer materials compared with alternative products, are less expensive to ship, and can significantly reduce a company’s carbon footprint. Both are available in silver and gold metallic and holographics.
Consumer product goods companies using in-mold labels and injection molded and blow-molded packaging can now create dynamic designs that capture attention and help grow business.
