StretchCard packaging from DMI uses a transparent film (which can be eco-friendly, corn-based PLA) that is stretched over the item or items allowing for almost complete product visibility at the point of purchase.

On either side of the film is cardstock that displays product name, marketing, ingredients, coupons, etc. Options include perforation, die-cutting, colors and sizes, packaging designs, various film types and shape. Sized to deter shoplifting and constructed to be pilfer-evident, StretchCards are part of the company’s Geopack™ line of environmentally focused packaging. In addition to a PLA film option, the board is made from recycled material and is biodegradable.
