(Woburn MA) a maker of digital printing equipment.–Pacific Packaging Machinery (San Clemente CA) moved to its new facility at 1284 Puerta Del Sol San Clemente CA 92673; phone: 949/369-2425 fax: 949/369-2429.–DuPont Canada (Mississauga Ontario Canada) signed an agreement whereby DuPont Canada’s wholly owned subsidiary Enhance Packaging Technologies will acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Liqui-Box Corp.
