Survey: training gap for packaging automation
Teaming up for packaging
Why establish work teams? Improving productivity (70%) and improving quality (61%) were cited most often as the reason (see chart). Further teams are more likely to be found in large companies (77% in companies with over 2 employees) than in small companies (54% in companies with fewer than 100 employees).
Over 86% of respondents with teams considered the establishment of such teams a success. And 82% reported that teams helped increase productivity.
