Pro Mach, Inc., has announced that affiliates of AEA Investors LP (“AEA”) are acquiring the packaging machinery manufacturer from The Jordan Company; the transaction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2014, and is subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The management team will remain intact.
