Elopak (New Hudson, MI) has established licensee, commercial and technical cooperation agreements with St. Laurent Paperboard (Montreal, Quebec, Canada).

The agreements grant St. Laurent an exclusive license to sell and service Elopak products and to manufacture and sell Pure-Pak® carton blanks within Canada. The agreements also grant Elopak the right to sell St. Laurent blanks outside of the Canadian market.
