Supplier news: International agreements

Portola Packaging, Inc. (San Jose, CA) has purchased its partner's shares, making Portola Packaging, Inc.-Mexico (Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico) a wholly owned subsidiary.

Because Portola intends to grow its market share in Latin America as well as in Mexico the subsidiary name has been changed to Portola Packaging Inc.-Latinoamerica.
