Montell Polyolefins (Hoofddorp, the Netherlands) established its first license in China for its "new generation" Spheripol PP process with Huabei Oilfield Refinery (Ren Qiu, He Bei province, China), a Chinese entity within the China National Petroleum Corp.
Montell has also made an agreement with SK Corp. (Seoul South Korea) to acquire SK's 50% equity in Yukong Montell Ltd. of Korea. The company will become Montell Korea Ltd. and will remain in Seoul.
