Supplier news: Domestic acquisitions, agreements

Somec Corp. (Orlando, FL) has acquired the assets for the end-tester business of Alcoa Package Machinery Inc. (Englewood, CO). The end-tester product line was located in Randolph, NY, but for the time being will be managed by Orlando personnel.
