Supplier news: Domestic acquisitions, agreements

Banner Eng. and Turck, Inc., both of Minneapolis, MN, have formed a joint-venture company, Interlink BT, also of Minneapolis, that manufactures and markets components designed to connect input/output devices to open buses.
