Reynolds Metals Co. (Richmond, VA) is planning to sell a set of Alabama mills to Aluminum Co. of America (Knoxville, TN). Reynolds is also involved in a strategic alliance with Air Liquide America Corp.
(Countryside IL) and MVE Inc. (New Prague MN) in forming The N2 Group for providing still beverage packagers solutions to their liquid nitrogen needs.
