Supplier news: Domestic acquisitions, agreements

Crown Machinery Div. (West Chicago, IL) and Simplimatic Eng. Co. (Lynchburg, VA) have been combined in the new Crown Packaging Systems Div. of Crown Cork & Seal; both will be identified as part of Crown-Simplimatic (Baltimore, MD).
