Millennials looking for a new BYOW alternative for single-serve wine consumption can now select from among four varieties of single-serve wine in a 187-mL flexible spouted pouch. The NuVino™ line from Miravante Brands LLC and Kretek Intl. has been developed specifically for the 21- to 36-year-old crowd, which Miravante President Jason Carignan says “is making it fashionable to take wine with them, whether it’s for an adventurous hike or relaxing on a beach.”
New flow-wrap system doubles cracker-packing speeds
A new horizontal flow-wrap system for growing Argentinian cracker producer Bagley gently handles product while increasing packaging speeds from 80 to 212 packs/min. As one of the world’s largest candy producers, Argentina-based Arcor is renowned for the sweet treats it distributes all over the globe.
