A 3-year warranty is now offered on high-speed UltraJet II print heads, which produce alphanumeric characters, logos, and bar codes on corrugated containers and other porous materials.

The warranty retroactive to UltraJet II print heads shipped since January 1 2002 covers the print heads against failure which is defined as an unrepairable print head subject to standard warranty exclusions that are available from the suppliers of these printers.
