Selig becomes Selig Group with newly formed business divisions

The 120-year-old flexible packaging manufacturer’s new name, Selig Group, represents the combined capabilities of the entire organization, all 4 manufacturing locations, all product lines and businesses.

Selig Liners represents the historical business of foil induction seals, reseal liners and related innerseal products.  The Forrest, IL, Aurora, Canada and Slough, UK facilities will manufacture Selig Liners, including: Lift ‘n’ Peel,Top Tab, and AromaPeel tabbed induction seals, as well as FoilSeal, Safe-Gard, and Uni-Gard product lines.

Selig Flexibles, based in Niederglatt, Switzerland, produces flexible packaging for the food, confectionary, and dry beverages market.  This division offers high resolution rotogravure 13 color printing.  It also produces complex laminations for protection of highly-sensitive products as well as engineered barrier laminates for military and pharmaceutical applications.
