Tablet counter

NJM Packaging’s Cremer CF-622 FS Tablet Counter features an all new concept in counting based on a modular design, servo driven and servo controlled vibrators and memory flaps, combined with state-of-the-art technology and simple operating procedures.

This counter is designed to meet the pharmaceutical industry’s needs for high efficiency, high output and very reliable tablet counting.

The new Cremer CF-622 FS Tablet Counter consists of a main frame with fixed side panels that accommodate two or three counting modules. Each module has six channels that are 22 mm wide.

“The Cremer CF-622 FS Tablet Counter has proven 100 percent accuracy with guaranteed outputs up to 150 bpm, based on 100-count bottles. The actual speed depends on the bottle neck and product flow as well as the overall shape and size of the product,” said Dan Lapierre, Vice President of NJM Packaging.

The simplicity of this machine design allows the operator to accomplish fast changeovers with repeatable set-ups, using no tools. With removable modules, the machine simplifies cleaning and reduces maintenance costs. The design eases operation with limited settings on the machine interface.
