Vision inspection for rigid containers
The Pilot Vision system from Agr International is an all-new vision-based inspection system that mounts inside the blowmolder to provide detection of random occurring defects during the production of PET bottles.
This system allows manufacturers to critically evaluate preforms and blown bottles for defects that may compromise the quality of the finished product.
The Pilot Vision can be seamlessly combined with Agr’s PETWall Profiler thickness wall gauging system and the Process Pilot automated blowmolder management system to provide hands-free management of blowmolder operations.
