Container discharging and feeding system
The Lift & Seal container discharging and feeding system from Material Transfer is designed to accept, seal, rotate, and discharge containers of material at 78-in. above floor level into a surge hopper.
The pivot carriage docks to the surge hopper inlet nozzle, dual slide gates are opened, and contents are discharged without contamination. Once filled, the surge hopper level sensors automatically control the feed rate of the integral screw feeder.
The unit features tubular frame construction with continuous welds. Equipment includes acrylic guarding on two sides and a load side light curtain for enhanced operator safety.
Units are custom designed.
