Flint Group Flexographic Products has further developed the well-known and proven high-durometer flexographic printing plates, nyloflex® ACE and nyloflex® ACE Digital. nyloflex® ACE NEW and nyloflex® ACE NEW Digital printing plates, provide excellent results in flexible packaging, corrugated preprint and label printing.

Especially in combination with the innovative exposure technology, nyloflex® NExT, the smart solution for a precise defined surface of Flat Top Dots in flexo printing, nyloflex® ACE NEW Digital provides superior print quality. The high intensity exposure technology was introduced by Flint Group Flexographic Products in November 2011.
