Cartoner produces 60 cpm

Based on the Spartan cartoner, Econocorp’s Spartan Plus cartoner is capable of up to 60 cartons/min. using a rotary servo-driven magazine.

The Spartan Plus uses an overhead pivoting infeed that produces a “multiplier” effect.

The benefits of having intermittent motion include: ease of automation, including loading; and the ability to run “odd” cartons such as hanger panels, sleeves, gable-tops, octagonal/hexagonal, and other “special” shapes.
