Direct-fill deli platter

Clear Lam’s innovative direct-fill, high-barrier deli platter reduces processing steps by eliminating the need to prepackage individual food components in bags, loading food items directly into the cavities of the deli platter.

Designed for extended refrigerated shelf life, the packaging uses a multilayer plastic providing enhanced oxygen and moisture barrier properties. The platter is hermetically sealed with lidding film and then a black base is applied. Anti-fog technology keeps the package clear. The new packaging has a flip style design that makes the packaging contents highly visible.
