Biodegradable container for hot, greasy, moist foods

Designed to retain its shape and prevent leaks, Excellent Packaging’s new line of clamshell containers is lined with a polylactic acid (PLA) material.

The lining is made from NatureWorks® Ingeo biopolymer. The containers are made from certified 100% compostable bagasse. Part of the company's BagasseWare® pulp-based foodservice products. Excellent Packaging worked closely with PrimeLink Inc. to design a solution that is disposable, compostable, and biodegradable.
