Retort agitation process opens door to new products
Now available for production-size applications, the Allpax Shaka retort provides rigorous agitation to products during the retort process to sterilize food faster through improved thermal transfer.
The resulting reduction in cycle time and thermal burden on the product will allow new products applications to undergo the retort process.
